ALAMEDA CITY HALL Project included the delineation of the original tower for possible future reconstruction. This had to be done entirely from photographs, as no drawings existed. The seismic retrofit included the construction of new foundations for the tower, but he tower reconstruction itself awaits future funding. The tower was damaged in the 1906 San Francisco Earthquake and later removed.
