LITTLE FOX THEATER OFFICE BUILDING PROJECT North Beach, San Francisco This Tax-Act historic adaptive re-use project involved converting this row of buildings into a single office building (the theater had been in the basement). The work involved researching what the building on the right had looked like prior to the loss of its two top floors, so that the facade could be restored to its original appearance. The bricks were specially manufactured for the project to the correct color. The storefronts also had to be entirely rebuilt. |
